• Payment Information: Processed and stored by Cashfree (we do not store full credit card details)
• Communication Data: Messages between brands and creators on the platform
• Content Deliverables: Files, images, videos uploaded as campaign deliverables

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on platform, click patterns
• Device Information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system
• Cookies: We use cookies to maintain your session and improve user experience
• Transaction Data: Bid history, payment history, escrow status, dispute records

2.3 Information from Third Parties

• Google OAuth: If you sign up with Google, we receive your email and basic profile info
• Cashfree: Payment confirmation data (transaction IDs, payment status)
• Firebase: Authentication and hosting services (managed by Google)

Important: When you create a profile on Supafluencer, certain information is publicly visible:

• Creator Profiles: Name, profile picture, bio, social media handles, follower counts, portfolio, ratings
• Brand Profiles: Company name, logo, industry, company size (NOT contact email)
• Campaigns: Title, description, requirements, budget range (visible to all creators)

4.2 Between Users

• When you accept a bid, your email is shared with the brand/creator for direct communication
• Chat messages are visible only to the sender and recipient
• Bid proposals are visible only to the brand who posted the campaign

4.3 Service Providers

We share data with trusted third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, file storage, hosting
• Cashfree: Payment processing (they handle your payment details, not us)
• Resend: Email delivery service for notifications
• Vercel: Website hosting and CDN

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for providing services to us.

4.4 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our legal rights, prevent fraud, or ensure user safety.

4.5 Business Transfers

If Satak Technologies is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owner. You will be notified of any such change.

4.6 We Do NOT Sell Your Data

Privacy Guarantee: We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used solely to operate the platform and provide services to you.

We implement industry-standard security measures:

• Firebase Security Rules: Database access is restricted based on user roles
• Payment Security: Credit card data is handled entirely by Cashfree (PCI-DSS compliant)

5.2 Your Responsibility

• Keep your password confidential and never share it
• Log out after using shared devices
• Report suspicious activity immediately to hello@supafluencer.me
• Enable two-factor authentication if available

5.3 Data Breach Notification

In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you via email within 72 hours and take immediate steps to secure the platform.

6. Data Retention

6.1 Active Accounts

We retain your data as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

6.2 Deleted Accounts

When you delete your account:

• Your profile becomes immediately invisible to other users
• Personal information is deleted within 30 days
• Transaction records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance
• Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely
• Content you delivered to brands is NOT deleted (brands own usage rights)

6.3 Legal Hold

If your account is involved in an active dispute or legal proceeding, we may retain data beyond the normal retention period until the matter is resolved.

7. Your Privacy Rights

7.1 Access and Update

• You can view and edit your profile information anytime in your account settings
• You can request a copy of all data we hold about you by emailing hello@supafluencer.me

7.2 Delete Your Account

• You can delete your account through profile settings
• Deletion is subject to completing or canceling active campaigns/bids
• Certain data may be retained for legal compliance (see Data Retention above)

7.3 Marketing Opt-Out

• Click "Unsubscribe" in any marketing email
• Update email preferences in account settings
• Note: Transactional emails (payment confirmations, bid updates) cannot be opted out

7.4 Data Portability

You can request an export of your data in machine-readable format (JSON) by contacting hello@supafluencer.me. We will provide this within 30 days.

7.5 Correction

If you believe any information we hold about you is inaccurate, you can update it yourself or contact us to correct it.

Age Restriction: Supafluencer is NOT intended for users under 18 years of age.
